PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL:
The Parish Pastoral Council is the consultative body in the parish which advises the pastor on pastoral matters. The Pastoral Council is composed of the pastor, parish staff members, and parishioners who are representative of the membership of the parish. Some of the representatives are appointed by the pastor, and some are elected by the faithful of the parish. The Parish Pastoral Council strives to foster full participation of the entire parish in the life and mission of Christ and His Church. The Council meets each month.

SAINT PHILIP NERI INTO THE 21ST CENTURY:
This organization’s purpose is fund raising for the parish. Various events and activities, such as the Flea Markets, Trips, Dinners and Socials are planned every year to raise money for the ongoing renovation of our parish buildings and other parish needs.

CURRENT MEMBERS INCLUDE: Meghan Curry, Joan Donnelly, Ginny Flick, Bernadette Foy, Diane Fryer, Rene Goodwin, Ed Hagopian, Dolores Heffron, Cathy Klemmer, Ellen Labb, Marty Labb, Charles Lederman, Terry McFillin, Ann Monnich, Jenni Safford, David Schernecke. All parishioners are invited to participate.


FINANCE COMMITTEE:
This committee’s purpose is to advise the pastor on parish financial matters. The committee meets on a monthly basis and is comprised of members of the parish appointed by the pastor.

MEMBERS: Dominic Colaizzo, Paul DeCrane, Steven Grandizio, Jane Lamb, Paul Lockwood, Marianne Molinaro, Carleton Petersen, David Schernecke, Nina Welljams-Dorof


ECUMENICAL REPRESENTATIVES:
These volunteers are in contact with representatives of non-Catholic churches in our area to share information, foster collaboration on common concerns, and facilitate periodic
ecumenical gatherings. They also pass on important information that is placed in the parish bulletin.

LITURGY COMMITTEE:
This committee meets seasonally for the purpose of planning the various liturgical and devotional celebrations in our parish so that the celebrations will be carried out in the most fitting and spiritually fruitful manner.

MEMBERS: Diane Fryer, Ellen Labb, Marianne Molinaro, Kathy Brinn, Mike Gillespie .


CHURCH DECORATING COMMITTEE:
This committee meets seasonally to plan the decorating of the church for Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and other special parish celebrations. We are always looking for volunteers.

EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF HOLY COMMUNION:
Assist the priests with the distribution of Holy Communion at Mass and take Holy Communion to the homebound.

MEMBERS: Mary Amoro, Theresa Burke, Kathleen Cieplinski, Rachael Colaizzo, Margaret Dippolito, Marie Faherty, Diane Fryer, Teresa Karvell, Ellen Labb, Jane Lamb, Peter Lamb, Linda Marucci, Carl Petersen, Carol Petersen, Mary Ann Richetti, Irma Sheppard.


EUCHARISTIC ADORATION SOCIETY:
Seeks to foster devotion to the Blessed Sacrament through the 40 Hours Devotion, Benediction and periods of Eucharistic Adoration. All parishioners are invited to participate.

LECTORS:
The Lectors proclaim the Word of God at the liturgical celebrations in the parish, especially the Sunday Liturgy. They play an important part in the liturgical life of the Church by helping to proclaim the Word of God to the people in a way that allows God’s Word to penetrate their minds and hearts. We are always looking for additional volunteers.

ALTAR SERVERS:
Adult members and children assist Father at the altar during the celebration of Mass and other liturgical and devotional gatherings.

MEMBERS: Bill Hundzynski, Gina Colaizzo, Tina Kane,Simone Acy, Robert Karvell, John Karvell, Patrick Burke , Tom Potts, Will Potts, Mike Sechuk, Julian Smith, and Bianca Pasquel.


MUSIC MINISTRY:
The musicians who are involved in this ministry help to create a prayerful atmosphere for parish worship, whether it be for Sunday Mass, Holy Day Mass, or other times the parishioners gather to worship the Lord.

MEMBERS: Kathleen Brinn, Jim Molinaro, Marianne Molinaro, Kate Van Doesum and Joann Pascal.


MINISTRY OF GREETERS:
Our parish is known for its hospitality and we seek to enhance that quality by having parishioners greet people as they come to Mass on the weekend. These parishioners also distribute the missalettes and parish bulletins to people coming to celebrate with us. We are always looking for more volunteers.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE:
This newly formed committee assists Fr. Oliver in assessing and addressing building maintenance needs and building improvements.

ST. PHILIP NERI HISTORICAL COMMITTEE:
This newly established committee seeks ways to foster a better knowledge and understanding of and appreciation for our rich parish history as a spring-board for ongoing parish renewal. We are looking for more members.

CURRENT MEMBERS INCLUDE: Al Dorof, Francis Chapman,  Martin Duffy, Edwin Rivera .


ST. STANISLAUS POLISH HERITAGE SOCIETY
Promotes the continuation of Polish customs and devotions at St. Stanislaus Church.  

CURRENT MEMBERS INCLUDE:  Kathleen Bendetti, Matilda Garczynski, Renette Metkowski, Alfreda Plocha, Leon Plocha, Felice Podgurny, Frank Rachubinski


ST. STANISLAUS SENIORS
Meets on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Mid-September to Mid-June, for bingo and socializing


ST. PHILIP'S YOUNG ADULT GROUP:
This newly formed group of married and single parishioners in their 20's and 30's meets regularly to plan social, spiritual and service opportunities that enrich the lives of our young adults and brings new vitality to our parish.
